Former South Korean President Moon Jae-in indicted on bribery charges: Report
Prosecutors also indict former lawmaker Lee Sang-jik on charges of bribery and embezzlement, says Yonhap News Agency

ISTANBUL (AA) - Former South Korean President Moon Jae-in has been indicted on bribery charges, Yonhap News Agency reported Thursday.
The Jeonju District Prosecutor's Office announced that it has charged Moon with violating the Act on Aggravated Punishment for Certain Crimes related to bribery allegations.
Prosecutors also indicted former lawmaker Lee Sang-jik, the founder of a Korean airline, on charges of bribery and embezzlement.
Charges against Moon's daughter, Da-hye, and her husband were suspended, according to the newspaper.
Moon, 72, served as South Korea's president from 2017-2022.
