Pro-Palestinian organization denounces action as ‘political decision’

ISTANBUL (AA) - French Council of State on Thursday dissolved the pro-Palestinian organization, Collectif Palestine Vaincra.

“We denounce this eminently political decision, which is an unprecedented blow against the entire Palestine solidarity movement in France,” the organization said in a statement.

This move is a sign of France’s “complicity” in the ongoing genocide in Gaza and “the continuing colonisation of all occupied Palestine.”

“The imperialists and their allies will not stop the growing mobilisation of support for the Palestinian people and their resistance,” the organization added.

French Interior Minister in March 2022 announced the dissolution of the organization under the instructions of French President Emmanuel Macron.

The dissolution was then suspended in April 2022 by the French Council of State, the highest court in France, for issues and cases involving public administration.
