Precise data on domestic violence in France to be released Jan. 31, says report

ANKARA (AA) - French law enforcement agencies intervened in hundreds of thousands of domestic violence cases in 2022, the interior minister said Wednesday.
Gerald Darmanin said 400,000 of the interventions of the police and gendarmes carried out concerned domestic violence, according to the TF1 broadcaster.
It added that more precise and detailed data on the matter will be released on Jan. 31.
