French military kills 40 terrorists in operation with Burkina Faso
Military says terrorists responsible for 2 attacks in Benin that killed 9, including 5 park rangers, French national

ANKARA (AA) - The French military announced Saturday the killings of at least 40 terror group members responsible for two Benin National Park attacks.
The military shared a statement on Twitter that said the operation was carried out jointly with the Burkina Faso army and it targeted terrorists active in neighboring Benin.
It said 10 terrorists were killed via drone and at least 30 in airstrikes.
At least nine people were killed, including five park rangers and a French national, during the Feb. 8 attack.
