Global game market revenues to reach $188.8B in 2025

ISTANBUL (AA) - Global game market revenues are expected to reach $188.8 billion in 2025, up 3.4% year-on-year, according to a report released on Tuesday by research firm Newzoo.

PC game revenues will reach $39.9 billion, up 2.5%, while console revenues will rise 5.5% to $45.9 billion, the Newzoo report said.

Mobile revenues are projected to reach $103 billion in 2025, up 2.9%, the report noted.

Global game players are expected to reach 3.6 billion by 2025, representing a 4.4% spike from 2024.

The report estimates that three billion mobile game players, 936 million PC gamers, and 645 million console gamers will increase by 4.5%, 3.1%, and 2.5% year-on-year in 2025, respectively.
