Men affirm cooperation ‘to address the key global challenges,’ in telephone call

ROME (AA) - Italian Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte congratulated US President-elect Joe Biden on his election win during a telephone call Friday.
The two men discussed the traditional deep friendship and alliance between their countries, according to a statement from the prime ministry.
“A strong will for cooperation has been affirmed to address the key global challenges where Italy and the US share the same priorities,” it added.
