Police arrest attacker who assaults passers-by in Wurzburg city

COLOGNE, Germany (AA) - At least three people were killed and six others injured, some of them seriously, in a knife attack in Germany’s Wurzburg city on Friday, police said.
The attacker assaulted passers-by at the city’s Barbarossa Square.
Police stopped the attacker by shooting him in the leg and arrested him, according to local media.
Ambulances have arrived at the scene.
