Lazio claims narrow win against Serie A leaders Napoli
Matias Vecino scores match’s only goal on long-range strike at Diego Armando Maradona stadium

ISTANBUL (AA) - Lazio defeated leaders Napoli on Friday with a 1-0 score on matchday 25 of Italy Serie A.
Neither team was able to break the deadlock during the first half at Diego Armando Maradona.
But Uruguayan midfielder Matias Vecino made a classy long-range finish in the 67th minute as the match ended in favor of Lazio.
Lazio are second with 48 points as Napoli suffered their second defeat of the season but leads the Italian top-tier league with 65 points in 25 matches.
