Maxi Gomez signs with Turkish team Trabzonspor
Uruguayan forward arrives at Black Sea Storms from Spanish La Liga team Valencia

ANKARA (AA) - Maxi Gomez has signed for Turkish team Trabzonspor, the Black Sea club announced on Thursday on Twitter.
The Uruguayan forward arrives at the Black Sea Storms from Spanish La Liga team Valencia.
Gomez was recently rumored to join Trabzonspor's rivals Fenerbahce as well.
Gomez, 26, who joined Valencia from Celta Vigo in 2019, netted 22 goals and made 12 assists in 109 games for Valencia.
He also has four goals in 27 caps for Uruguay.
