Mikel Oyarzabal's goal secures 1-0 win over Switzerland

ANKARA (AA) - Spain has defeated Switzerland 1-0 to top League A Group 4 in UEFA Nations League with seven points.

Real Sociedad forward Mikel Oyarzabal's goal brought the victory at the Alfredo di Stefano Stadium on Saturday.

Germany follows with five points, Ukraine three while Switzerland sits at the bottom of their group with one point.
