NBA: Cavs bag win against Nuggets with Cedi's 20 points

ISTANBUL (AA) - The Cleveland Cavaliers beat the Denver Nuggets 104-102 on Saturday night, with a notable contribution from Turkish international Cedi Osman.

Kevin Love also produced 27 points and six rebounds for the Cavs.

The Nuggets' top scorer was Will Barton with 22 points.
