OSCE secretary general meets with Italian foreign minister
Feridun Sinirlioglu meets with Antonio Tajani in Rome, where he traveled to attend Conference on the Reconstruction of Ukraine

VIENNA/ISTANBUL (AA) - The secretary general of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) discussed the Russia-Ukraine war with Italy’s foreign minister during a meeting Monday.
Feridun Sinirlioglu met with Antonio Tajani in Rome, where he traveled to attend the Conference on the Reconstruction of Ukraine, according to a statement from the OSCE.
He also held talks at the Vatican with Monsignor Paul Richard Gallagher, the Vatican’s Secretary for Relations with States and International Organizations.
In addition, Sinirlioglu met with Keith Kellogg, the US Special Envoy for Ukraine and Russia under President Donald Trump, as well as with Ukrainian Human Rights Ombudsman Dmytro Lubinets.
During his meetings, Sinirlioglu underscored the urgent need to end the war in Ukraine and called for continued international efforts in this regard.
He also highlighted that the OSCE serves as a unique platform for diplomatic dialogue on security issues.
