Over 100 undocumented migrants held across Turkey
66 Syrian nationals held in Izmir; 37 Pakistani, Iranian and Syrian nationals caught in Kirklareli, near Bulgaria

ANKARA (AA) - At least 103 undocumented migrants, including women and children, were held on Saturday during anti-human trafficking operations across Turkey, according to Turkish officials.
Turkish Coast Guard units in the Aegean province of Izmir held 66 Syrian nationals, including 17 women and 28 children, who were trying to cross the Aegean Sea in a dinghy.
Gendarmerie units in the far northwestern Kirklareli province held 37 migrants, including Pakistani, Iranian, and Syrian nationals.
They were trying to illegally cross the Turkish border to reach Bulgaria.
