Phoenix Suns beat Houston Rockets in their 3rd straight victory

Rockets' Turkish rookie Alperen Sengun scores 10 points, 5 assists

ISTANBUL (AA) – The Phoenix Suns won their third straight NBA game on Thursday, defeating the Houston Rockets 123-111.

Suns guard Devin Booker was the highest scorer of the game with 27 points, nine rebounds, and five assists at Talking Stick Resort Arena.

Deandre Ayton posted a double-double with 16 points and 11 rebounds, while Chris Paul scored nine points and 13 assists.

Landry Shamet came off the bench to add 19 points in the victory.

For the losing side, Kevin Porter scored 20 points as Christian Wood racked up a double-double with 18 points and 15 rebounds.

Alperen Sengun, a Turkish rookie, also contributed 10 points and five assists.

With Thursday's game, the Suns notched up a 4-3 win/loss record.
