Pinar Karsiyaka top Turkish basketball league

Anadolu Efes to face Bursaspor on Tuesday to reclaim top spot in league

ISTANBUL (AA) - Pinar Karsiyaka topped the ING Turkish top-tier basketball league after beating Galatasaray Doga Sigorta 79-74 in the week 23.

With this victory, Karsiyaka won 20 games and lost three games in this season.

On Sunday, the runners-up Anadolu Efes beat Turk Telekom 103-81 to win 20 out of 22 games.

Anadolu Efes will face Frutti Extra Bursaspor on Tuesday. If Anadolu Efes beat their opponents, they would reclaim the top spot in the league.
