KARACHI, Pakistan (AA) - The right-wing Pakistan Muslim League (PML) of Pakistani Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif won the general elections in Pakistani-administered Kashmir on Thursday, local media reported.
According to unofficial results, the PML is projected to win 32 out of total 41 seats.
The Himalayan valley of Kashmir is divided between Pakistan and India, and has been a major source of tension between the two nuclear neighbors.
