ANKARA (AA) - Two Greek vessels which have remained tied up since May 27 in the Persian Gulf were released on Wednesday after months of talks with Iran, according to a report.
Vessels Prudent Warrior and Delta Poseidon have left Iranian waters following an agreement reached between the governments of Greece and Iran, local newspaper Kathimerini reported.
Meanwhile, Iranian-flagged oil tanker Lana departed from the port of Piraeus, the report further said.
The Greek-flagged tankers were seized in May by Iran's Revolutionary Guards in the Persian Gulf, in response to the seizure of the Iranian-origin oil from the Lana tanks by the Greek authorities.
