ANKARA(AA) - Two Turkish engineers are among the people who lost their lives in Sunday's terrorist attacks in Sri Lanka, according to Turkish diplomatic sources.
A total of 194 people were killed in multiple blasts, targeting churches and hotels in Sri Lanka on Sunday, according to local broadcaster Derana.
The explosions that targeted three churches and three hotels amid Easter Sunday celebrations also injured 402 others, Anil Jasinghe, director of Colombo National Hospital, told Anadolu Agency.
He said that the majority of injured are being treated at the Colombo National Hospital, with others being transferred to the Colombo South Hospital.
No group has yet claimed the attacks.
