JERUSALEM (AA) - Two people were wounded in a knife attack in central Israel on Tuesday, according to media reports.
According to the Israel Broadcasting Authority, a Palestinian stabbed and injured two Israelis in the city of Rishon Lezion.
The attacker was shot and another was detained, it said without giving more details.
Israeli police forces launched a search operation in the area following the attack.
