MALATYA, Turkey (AA) - Turkey arrested 365 suspected Daesh terrorists last month, the Interior Ministry said Thursday.
The arrests -- which have led to 131 suspects being remanded in custody to face trial -- took place in 12 provinces across the country, including Ankara and Istanbul, in November, the ministry said in a statement.
Turkey has suffered from a number of attacks by Daesh, including the Ankara train station bombing in October last year that killed more than 100. In August it launched Operation Eurphrates Shield to drive Daesh from the Syrian border region.
