An improvised explosive device (IED) planted on a motorcycle exploded in Balochistan's Khuzdar district in a bazaar.
Those injured were taken to hospitals.
Balochistan's Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti denounced the explosion and ordered officials to ensure that the injured received the best medical care possible.
“Terrorism will be eradicated in all its forms,” he said in a statement reported by Geo News. “Elements hostile to peace will fail in their nefarious objectives and those involved in this incident will be brought to justice.”
