GAZA CITY, Palestine (AA) - Four Palestinians were killed and others injured on Wednesday in an Israeli airstrike targeting a tent sheltering displaced people and a gathering of civilians in the Gaza Strip.
Gaza's Civil Defense teams managed to retrieve the bodies of three Palestinians and several others injured following an attack on a tent for displaced people inside the Al-Jazeera Club near Gaza Municipality Park, the defense agency said in a statement.
In a separate incident, the Israeli military targeted civilians in the Al-Bayouk area in Rafah, southern Gaza Strip, resulting in the death of one Palestinian and injuring others, medical sources told Anadolu.
Israel has continued a genocidal war on Gaza that has killed nearly 45,400 people, most of them women and children, since a Hamas attack on Oct. 7, 2023.
Last month, the International Criminal Court issued arrest warrants for Netanyahu and his former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant for war crimes and crimes against humanity in Gaza.
Israel is also facing a genocide case at the International Court of Justice for its actions in Gaza.
