ANKARA (AA) - Fifty-eight irregular migrants were detained in Turkey on Friday.
Twenty-six migrants were detained in western Edirne province, when security forces stopped a minibus in the Uzunkopru district, according to security sources.
The driver of the minibus was also arrested, sources who spoke on condition of anonymity said.
In western Canakkale, the Coast Guard spotted a boat with 32 Iranian and Afghan nationals who were trying to go to Greece’s Lesbos island.
