ISTANBUL (AA) — Seven people were injured Wednesday in an explosion at a military base in Paju, a northern border city of South Korea.
The blast occurred around 3.30 pm local time (0630GMT), according to Seoul-based Yonhap News Agency.
Authorities are investigating why an explosive device used for training purposes detonated.
No fatalities have been reported.
