ANKARA (AA) – A total of nine undocumented migrants were held on Sunday during anti-human trafficking operations in southern Turkey, according to Turkish officials.
Turkish security forces in the border province of Hatay held nine Syrian nationals during a road check.
The undocumented migrants had illegally crossed the Turkish border, said the officials, who asked not to be named due to restrictions on talking to the media.
