ANKARA (AA) – The five-day Changchun Air Show opened Friday in the northeastern Chinese city of Changchun, Jilin province, with aerial performances and static aircraft displays, state media reported.
At the 2025 Air Force Aviation Open Event, the Air Force Red Falcon Aerobatic Team performed a series of maneuvers, including the “Heart Formation,” “Seven-Aircraft Blossom,” and smoke-on aerobatics.
China’s J-20 stealth fighter jets also staged a formation display, showcasing advanced maneuvers and the growing capabilities of the People’s Liberation Army Air Force.
The program includes flight performances and static exhibitions, while the design of a Chinese flying-wing drone is expected to be unveiled during the show.
Organizers said the Changchun Air Show serves as a major platform for demonstrating aviation achievements and promoting public interest in aerospace development.
