"The Environmental Editorial Unit, which has been launched as part of Anadolu Agency’s Greenline, will follow the developments in this field across the world with its expert editors and reporters. Our long-term goal is to become the leading news agency in the world on climate change and environmental issues,” said Anadolu Agency Chairman of the Board and Director-General Serdar Karagoz.
“In line with this goal, through using new media tools, we will raise awareness at the global level by bringing up both the problems and solution proposals in the field of global warming, climate change and environment," said Karagoz noted.
The Istanbul-based unit called “Greenline” deals with many issues in the field of the environment such as climate change, global warming, pollution, zero waste, recycling, sustainability and green energy.
