ANKARA (AA) - Anadolu Agency on Thursday signed a cooperation deal with the research arm of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC).
The agreement -- signed by Anadolu Agency Chairman and Director General Senol Kazanci and Musa Kulaklikaya, director of the Statistical, Economic and Social Research and Training Centre for Islamic Countries (SESRIC) -- will increase the agency’s network in member states.
Anadolu Agency’s international packages Muslim World News and Turkish World will be offered to media organizations in OIC member states through SESRIC.
The agency will publish SESRIC academic and statistical articles.
Anadolu Agency has 1,450 subscribers in 45 countries and publishes news in 11 languages. More than, 2,300 people from 79 nations work for Anadolu Agency in 86 countries. The agency posts an average of 2,200 news stories, 1,900 photos and 250 video news reports daily.
