ANKARA (AA) - Anadolu Agency is here with a rundown of the latest developments around the world.

Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree granting Russian citizenship to US whistleblower Edward Snowden.

Edward Snowden's recently-granted Russian citizenship may expose the former US National Security Agency contractor to conscription in Russia's military, the US said.
