LONDON (AA) - An Anadolu journalist is among those recognized for his reporting on the Gaza Strip at the "Voices for Gaza" event held in London on Thursday.
Organized by the General Union of Palestinian Journalists (GUPJ) in the UK, the event honored both Palestinian and international media professionals for their journalism on the situation in Gaza.
The program included a short film titled Voices from Gaza, testimonies from children in the region, musical performances, and a cultural segment celebrating Palestinian heritage.
Burak Bir, a London-based Anadolu correspondent, was among several journalists awarded during the ceremony.
