KONYA, Türkiye (AA) – Dubbed “Stork Hill,” a region in Türkiye’s central Konya province is a nesting ground for one of the country’s largest stork colonies, with baby storks born in the spring getting ready to take wing for their long journey to the south.

The chicks begin their pre-migration flight training by flapping their wings and soaring alongside their parents, learning the skills they need to survive their remarkable migration journey.
