ANKARA (AA) – Turkish basketball powerhouse Fenerbahce Beko announced the departure of US forward Derrick Williams on Wednesday.
Williams will continue his career at Valencia Basket, the Spanish club confirmed meantime.
Fenerbahce Beko thanked Williams for his contribution to the team during his one-year spell.
Derrick Williams, the former second overall pick of the 2011 NBA Draft, joined Fenerbahce Beko in the 2019 summer, averaging 11.3 points in 28 EuroLeague games.
