ANKARA (AA) - Benfica beat Dynamo Kyiv 2-0 in the UEFA Champions League playoff round first leg Wednesday.
Gilberto Moraes Junior drew first blood for Benfica in the ninth minute at Stadion LKS in Lodz, Poland.
Goncalo Ramos made it 2-0 in the 37th minute, deciding the final score.
The return match will be played on Aug. 23 at Estadio da Luz in Lisbon.
