Besiktas signed Libyan midfielder Al-Musrati from Portugal's Braga on Friday.

The Turkish club said it agreed with Al-Musrati and the Braga football club for the temporary move for the remainder of the season.

Besiktas confirmed that they will pay €1 million, or $1.07 million, for Braga for the season, and the Black Eagles can make the deal permanent for €11 million ($11.8 million).

Al-Musrati, 27, who plays as a defensive midfielder, previously joined Braga on free transfer in 2020.

He scored 15 goals in 151 matches for Braga, where he won a Portuguese Cup and the Portuguese League Cup.

Earlier Friday, Besiktas signed Albanian attacking midfielder Ernest Muci from Poland's Legia Warsaw for €10 million.

The Istanbul club confirmed that Muci, 22, will play for Besiktas until 2027.

He helped Legia Warsaw win the Polish title in 2021.
