ISTANBUL (AA – Galatasaray confirmed Wednesday the signing of Gustavo Assuncao from Portugal's FC Famalicao on loan.
The Istanbul powerhouse said in a statement that Assuncao joined the club on loan for one year while the Lions hold the option to purchase him until the end of the 2021-22 season.
Assuncao, 21, scored one goal and made two assists in 69 games for the Portuguese team.
