JARABULUS (AA) - A car bomb exploded Thursday near the Syrian opposition-controlled town Jarabulus, but casualty figures remain unclear, local sources said.
A car loaded with explosives from YPG/PKK-controlled Manbij was headed to the Turkish backed Free Syrian Army (FSA) Jarabulus --located in the Euphrates Shield Operation area.
The vehicle denotated in Gandura, the first check point of the Operation area, sources said.
Although locals claimed the attack left some killed and injured, no casualty numbers have been reported.
A child was killed and other 20 injured earlier Thursday in a similar attack in Afrin, also located in the Turkish-backed Olive Branch Operation area.
