Cavusoglu to meet Turkish consuls general in Europe

Matters concerning Turkish community in Europe to be discussed in meeting, says Turkish Foreign Ministry

ANKARA (AA) - The Turkish foreign minister will have a meeting with Turkish consuls general serving in European countries on Oct. 2, a ministry statement said on Tuesday.

Mevlut Cavusoglu will meet 42 consuls general serving in Europe in the northwestern German city of Dusseldorf.

"During the meeting, matters concerning the Turkish community in Europe will be addressed in detail, problems faced by the Turkish Community will be examined," said the statement.

Cavusoglu and the consuls general will also discuss planned activities of the consulates for the upcoming period, it added.
