ISTANBUL (AA) – China's top legislature National People's Congress (NPC) Monday commenced scrutinizing numerous draft laws, including the one on “patriotic” education and food security.
The debate is being held among lawmakers at the third session of the Standing Committee of the 14th NPC, state-run Xinhua News reported.
Chinese lawmakers are discussing draft laws on patriotic education, food security and other significant matters.
Besides, they will also examine draft laws on promoting barrier-free environments, external relations, and a proposed amendment to the Marine Environment Protection Law.
