WASHINGTON (AA) - A coalition forces' member was killed and another injured when an improvised explosive device hit their vehicle in Iraq on Sunday.
The names and circumstances surrounding the incident are being held pending notification of next of kin, Combined Joint Task Force Operation Inherent Resolve officials said in a statement late Sunday.
"And it will be released at the discretion of the pertinent national authorities," the statement added.
