ANKARA (AA) – Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babis is set to hold official talks in Turkey following the invitation by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
According to a statement by the Turkish Presidential Communications Directorate, Babis will arrive at capital Ankara on Monday and hold talks with Turkish officials until Wednesday.
Turkish and Czech officials are expected to discuss a variety of topics, including bilateral ties, economic ties, regional and international developments.
In addition, Babis will participate in the opening ceremony of a forum organized by Turkey-Czechia Business Council.
Turkey and Czechia enjoy a trade volume of $3.7 billion, and energy sector is the flagship of both countries’ trade with each other.
Also, motor land vehicles, their offshoot products, cattle, optic devices, tourism are other significant factors improving countries’ trade.
