Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi arrived in Abu Dhabi on Wednesday for talks with his Emirati counterpart, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
The Emirati state news agency WAM said Sisi was welcomed by Sheikh Mohammed upon his arrival at Abu Dhabi airport.
The Egyptian presidency said the two leaders will discuss a host of “priority issues,” including regional developments and efforts to restore security and stability in the Middle East.
The talks will also explore ways to enhance cooperation between the two nations, it added in a statement.
