Eintracht Frankfurt stunned Borussia Dortmund 2-0 on Friday in a German Bundesliga week 18 match.
French striker Hugo Ekitike drew first blood in the 18th minute with a shot from close range at Deutsche Bank Park.
Danish midfielder Oscar Hojlund made it 2-0 for the hosts with a late goal in the 92nd minute.
Dortmund, which suffered their seventh defeat of the season and third in a row, are in the 10th spot with 25 points.
Eintracht Frankfurt is in the third spot with 36 points.
