ANKARA (AA) - Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Monday congratulated the Turkish national team which came third in the 2019 Men's European Wheelchair Basketball Championship.
"I would like to congratulate our National team who came third in the 2019 Wheelchair Basketball European Championship and I would like to thank all the athletes who have returned to our country with the win and made us proud," Erdogan said in a Twitter post.
Turkey defeated Germany 76-65 to be third at the International Wheelchair Basketball Federation Men's European Championship.
