ANKARA (AA) - England, one of the Euro 2016 favorites, clinched a last-16 spot after a goalless draw against Slovakia on Monday.
The English failed to secure a win to climb to the top of Group B, finishing second after Wales.
It was the Welsh who clinched top spot with a historic win, beating Russia 3-0.
England's possible match-ups for the upcoming round are Austria, Hungary, Iceland or Portugal.
Ending their group campaign with four points, Slovakia will have to wait and see whether they will be drawn among the four best 3rd-place teams.
