European Central Bank head tests positive for COVID-19

Christine Lagarde says she remains 'reasonably mild,' will work from home until full recovery

ANKARA (AA) – European Central Bank (ECB) President Christine Lagarde tested positive for the coronavirus on Thursday.

On Twitter, Lagarde said she is "vaccinated and boosted" and remains "reasonably mild."

"I will work from home in Frankfurt until I am fully recovered. There is no impact on the ECB's operations," she added.
