LONDON (AA) - At least one person was killed and nine others injured in an incident in the eastern city of Kuopio in Finland on Monday , according to local media reports.
Police said a "violent incident" happened at the Hermanni shopping centre, the YLE news site reported.
The shopping center is located on the premises of the Savo Vocational College, reports said.
