PARIS (AA) - A man and two women were taken into custody as part of an investigation into the 2015 terrorist attacks against satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo and a kosher supermarket in Paris, French media reported on Tuesday.
A 26-year-old woman was taken into custody on Tuesday while another 28-year-old woman and a 46-year-old man were arrested on Monday, according to reports by Franceinfo radio, citing sources close to the investigation.
The radio station said the three are being questioned over their possible role in providing logistics to the terrorists behind the attacks, including supplying weapons.
On Jan. 7, 2015, two brothers -- Said and Cherif Kouachi -- stormed the Paris offices of Charlie Hebdo, murdering 12 people. A day after, Amedy Coulibaly killed a policewoman and on Jan.9, four Jewish customers at a kosher supermarket before he was shot in a police assault.
At least 13 people have been arrested and charged as part of the investigation, according to French daily Le Figaro.
France remains on high alert since the 2015 attacks and has been the target of several other deadly terror assaults during the last two years, despite a state of emergency which was extended several times and put to an end on Nov. 1, 2017.
