GAZA CITY, Palestine (AA) - Hundreds of Palestinians on Wednesday laid to rest a Hamas member killed in an Israeli attacks in the Gaza Strip a day earlier.
Mahmoud al-Nabahin, 24, was martyred in Israeli airstrikes that targeted a Hamas post in central Gaza Strip on Tuesday.
Mourners chanted slogans for revenge during the funeral, according to an Anadolu Agency correspondent in the area.
Four other Palestinians were injured in the attack, which Israel says it came after shots were fired at its forces near Gaza border.
Since March, more than 250 Palestinians have been martyred and thousands more injured by Israeli army fire during protests near the Gaza-Israel buffer zone.
