ISTANBUL (AA) - The US-based semiconductor producer Intel's shares jumped after a $2 billion investment deal with Japanese SoftBank.
As of 0730GMT, the price of Intel shares increased 5.3%, according to pre-market figures, after closing at $23.66 on Monday with a decline of 3.66%.
SoftBank said on Tuesday it signed an investment agreement with Intel, and would be buying $2 billion of Intel shares for $23 apiece.
