ISTANBUL (AA) - Inter Milan on Saturday secured a clean sweep 3-0 victory over Cagliari in week 18 of the Italian Serie A.
Alessandro Bastoni's looping header from Nicolo Barella's assist put Inter ahead in the 52nd minute at Cagliari's Unipol Domus.
In the 71st minute, Lautaro Martinez doubled the lead with a close-range finish, again assisted by Barella.
After seven minutes, Hakan Calhanoglu converted a penalty kick to seal the victory with a penalty.
With their latest win, Inter Milan top the table with 40 points while Cagliari are 18th with 14 points.
